Salada Refrescante com Tagetes e Limão-Siciliano
Uma salada leve, colorida e aromática, perfeita para dias quentes ou como entrada especial!
Ingredientes:
1 xícara de folhas verdes (rúcula, alface, agrião ou mix)
1/2 pepino fatiado bem fino
1/4 de cebola roxa em fatias finas
1 colher de sopa de sementes (girassol ou abóbora)
1 colher de chá de raspas de limão-siciliano
Pétalas frescas de 2 a 3 flores de Tagetes (lavadas e secas)
Sal e pimenta a gosto
Para o molho:
Suco de 1/2 limão-siciliano
2 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva
1 colher de chá de mel ou melado (opcional)
Modo de preparo:
Em uma tigela, misture as folhas verdes, o pepino, a cebola e as sementes.
Adicione as raspas de limão e metade das pétalas de Tagetes.
Em um potinho, misture bem os ingredientes do molho.
Regue a salada com o molho e finalize com o restante das pétalas por cima.
